The Heavy Industry Department of SABO carried out the design, construction and installation of a new metal housing of mechanical equipment with the aim of securing the Medium Voltage panels that are installed in the plant facilities of the Aluminium of Greece of the Metallurgy Department of MYTILINEOS in Ag. Nikolaos of Viotia, following the highest safety standards.
Aluminium of Greece in the context of the replacement of the existing 15kV SG medium voltage metal post with a new one, relied on SABO S.A. for implementing the necessary constructions and requirements of the project.
The dedicated Heavy Industry department of SABO undertook and implemented the following:
Design, study and construction of a new metal house. More specifically the house was constructed following rigorous requirements, pursuing 120-minute fire protection capabilities and installation of C5M-painted panels against atmospheric corrosivity.
Deconstruction of the existing house, observing all safety measures.
The project is in progress by our specialized and trained staff, which is equipped with perfect know-how and follows the highest safety standards.
